The OBOQ platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform") is a real estate asset information display and connection platform operated by Mingda Development. The Platform serves solely as an information intermediary service provider and does not participate in any actual transaction processes, nor does it provide real estate brokerage, legal consultation, financial advisory, or investment advice services.

All asset information displayed on the Platform is provided and uploaded by asset owners or their authorized agents (hereinafter referred to as "Merchants").

2.1 The Platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, or reliability of any displayed asset information.

2.2 All asset information, including but not limited to prices, areas, locations, property statuses, legal statuses, rental yields, operational data, images, videos, and textual descriptions, is provided by Merchants who assume full responsibility for its authenticity.

2.3 Users understand and agree that asset information displayed on the Platform may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and the Platform assumes no direct or indirect liability arising therefrom.

3. Investment Risk Disclosure

3.1 Real estate investment involves significant financial risks, including but not limited to market risk, liquidity risk, exchange rate risk, policy risk, and legal risk.

3.2 No asset displayed on this Platform constitutes investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation. Before making any investment decision, users should:

  • Consult qualified real estate professionals, lawyers, accountants, and tax advisors
  • Personally inspect assets or commission professional agencies to conduct site visits

5. Intellectual Property Statement

5.1 The Platform's design, logos, interface, source code, and specific content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Merchants uploading asset images, videos, textual descriptions, and other materials must ensure they possess lawful usage rights or have obtained necessary authorizations. Merchants assume full responsibility for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights due to uploaded content.

5.3 Without the Platform's explicit written permission, no user may reproduce, modify, disseminate, or commercially utilize Platform content.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Direct losses (such as investment losses, transaction losses)
  • Indirect losses (such as loss of profits, loss of goodwill, data loss)
  • Incidental or punitive damages

6.2 The aforementioned limitation of liability applies even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
